Investment Fund Subscription Agreement

I hereby apply to subscribe for shares in Parka Investment Group Growth Fund.

I understand that my subscription will only become effective after my application has been reviewed and approved, my payment has been received and verified, and the Fund issues confirmation of my share allocation.

I understand that the Fund is a privately managed investment fund established to invest in a diversified portfolio that may include Trading, Real Estate, Energy, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Technology, Healthcare, Education, Entertainment, and other lawful investments approved by the Fund Manager.

Upon approval of my subscription and receipt of payment, I will be allocated shares in accordance with the Fund’s records.

My ownership will be evidenced by the Fund’s shareholder register.

I understand that dividends or profit distributions, if any, are declared solely at the discretion of the Fund in accordance with its governing documents and applicable law.

I understand that shares may not be sold, assigned, pledged, or transferred except in accordance with the Fund’s governing documents and with any required approvals.

I understand that the Fund is not obligated to redeem my shares on demand. Any redemption request will be handled in accordance with the Fund’s redemption policy and available liquidity.

I authorize the Fund to collect, store, and process my personal information for account administration, legal compliance, investor communications, and related purposes, in accordance with the Fund’s Privacy Policy.

I consent to receive notices, reports, statements, dividend announcements, and other communications electronically through the website, email, or other approved digital channels.

By clicking “I Agree”, I acknowledge that my electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable to the Fund and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
