Membership Agreement & Risk Disclosure

Please read this agreement carefully before registering, investing, or participating in Parka Investment Group.

Important Notice

By registering, investing, or participating in Parka Investment Group, you agree to this Membership Agreement and Risk Disclosure.

All investments involve risk. Returns are not guaranteed, and you may lose part or all of your invested capital.

1. About the Group

The Group pools member capital to invest in opportunities across sectors such as real estate, agriculture, energy, trading, technology, healthcare, and other income-generating assets.

Investments are managed by Parka International Ltd on behalf of members.

2. Eligibility

To join the Group, you must:

3. Membership Overview

  • Profit distributions, where applicable.
Membership does not guarantee investment allocation or returns.

4. How Investments Work

  • Members may choose which investment opportunities to participate in.
  • Each opportunity may have its own terms, timelines, and risk profile.
  • Capital is pooled into structured investment vehicles or projects.
  • Participation is voluntary per investment opportunity.

5. Contributions

When participating in an investment:

  • Minimum and maximum contribution limits may apply.
  • Payment deadlines must be followed.
  • Funds may be locked for a fixed period depending on the investment.
  • Terms will always be disclosed before confirmation.

6. Returns & Distributions

  • Returns depend on performance of underlying investments.
  • Distributions may be periodic or end-of-cycle.
  • Timing and amount are not guaranteed.
  • All returns are subject to fees, costs, and market performance.

7. Fees

The Group may charge:

8. Risks

By investing, you acknowledge that investment values may rise or fall, some investments may fail or underperform, and you may not be able to withdraw funds immediately.

You may not be able to withdraw funds immediately.

Operational Risk

9. Member Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

  • Act in good faith.
  • Keep confidential information private.
  • Follow all applicable laws.
  • Review investment details before committing funds.

10. Communications

By joining, you agree to receive:

All communications may be delivered electronically.

  • Investment updates.
  • Financial reports.
  • Notices and announcements.
  • Account-related communications.

11. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose:

This obligation continues even after leaving the Group.

  • Internal strategies.
  • Investment details.
  • Financial performance data.
  • Private Group operations.

12. Withdrawal & Termination

Membership may be suspended or terminated if:

Withdrawal from investments may be subject to lock-in periods and conditions.

  • You violate these terms.
  • Fraudulent information is provided.
  • You engage in unlawful activity.
  • You harm the Group or its members.

13. No Guarantee

The Group does not guarantee:

Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

  • Profit or returns.
  • Capital preservation.
  • Investment performance.
  • Liquidity or exit timing.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Group and its representatives are not liable for:

  • Investment losses.
  • Market fluctuations.
  • Business failure.
  • Regulatory changes.
  • Events beyond human control.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued membership after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
